What we collect
We collect your email address and display name when you create an account, the search queries and broker checks you run (to power your history and the daily free limit), any reviews or fraud reports you submit, and an optional DOT number if you add one for the Verified Trucker badge.
Third-party services
Authentication and data storage are provided by Google Firebase. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card details; we only keep a Stripe customer reference and your subscription status. Broker data is retrieved from FMCSA public records.
How we use your data
Your data is used to operate the service: enforcing plan limits, showing your saved brokers and history, attributing reviews, and sending you alerts you opted into. We do not sell your personal data.
Data retention
Your data is retained while your account is active. Deleting your account from the Account page permanently removes your profile, saved brokers, and search history. Reviews and fraud reports may be retained in anonymized form to protect the community.
