How does the free plan work?
Free accounts get 3 broker checks per day. The counter resets at midnight UTC. A Pro plan with unlimited checks is coming soon.
Where does the broker data come from?
Directly from FMCSA public records — authority status, BMC-84 bond, and insurance filings. Community flags and reviews come from other drivers on LoadWyse.
The phone number I was called from doesn't match — what now?
Don't call it back. Use the FMCSA-registered number shown on the broker's page, confirm the load directly, and report the number via "Report This Broker" so other drivers get warned.
Why isn't my review showing yet?
Reviews are held for moderation before publishing to keep the signal honest. Most reviews are approved within 24 hours.
