LoadWyse is a decision-support tool. Verdicts, risk scores, and community signals are informational only and do not constitute legal, financial, or business advice. You are solely responsible for deciding whether to work with any broker.
Data accuracy
Broker data is sourced from FMCSA public records and refreshed on a best-effort basis. FMCSA data can be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate, and LoadWyse makes no warranty as to its accuracy or completeness. Always verify directly at safer.fmcsa.dot.gov before accepting a load.
No guarantee of broker legitimacy
A “Likely Safe” verdict is not a guarantee that a broker is legitimate or will pay, and a “High Risk” verdict is not an accusation of wrongdoing. LoadWyse is not liable for losses arising from your dealings with any broker.
Subscriptions
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly ($9.99) or annually ($74.99) through Stripe, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. You can cancel anytime from the Account page; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Community content
Reviews and fraud reports must be truthful and based on first-hand experience. We may moderate, hold, or remove content and suspend accounts that abuse the reporting system.
